Seller > How do I benefit from the referral program?

Sellers can reduce their platform fees through the referral program. For every new business connection a seller refers, such as another seller, buyer, shipper, or financier, the referring seller receives a 5% discount on platform fees for 180 days after the referral completes their first transaction. This discount applies until the referring seller's fees reach the lowest rate offered in the Emerald plan.
