Seller > How to enable offering refund?
As a Seller, you can optionally offer refund to enhance your buyer's purchasing experience. You can select the "Offer refund" preference in customize profile to let your buyers know that you can provide refund.
While browsing through the products to purchase, buyers will see that you can provide samples for your products so buyer can contact you as needed for additional details on your refund policy.
