The payment for the buyer via wire transfer is now divided into two equal parts when the seller provides a zero down payment option. Specifically, when the seller allows the buyer to place a purchase order without an initial payment, the total amount due is separated into two installments. This arrangement permits the buyer to make the first installment after assessing the images of the shipment uploaded by the seller, while the second installment is due upon the seller's completion of the shipping process.
The price per unit for surface products is now available alongside the price per square foot for both sellers and buyers.
The buyer's homepage features "Contact Seller" information, which offers various channels for effective communication with the seller.
Users can update the font size settings on their device to update the text size displayed on the mobile app.

A shipper, which may be a logistics provider or the seller of the merchandise, is now able to include up to 10 images and 1 video during the transportation and delivery of goods. These visual materials will be accessible for both shippers and buyers through the order tracking system. Additionally, the shipper or seller has the capability to perform a mass update of the same image(s) across all bundles during the shipping or delivery process, as appropriate.
The seller is now able to present a merchandise purchase option to the buyer that requires no down payment. This zero down payment offer can be tailored by the seller through their customized profile. When the buyer chooses merchandise from the seller who provides this zero down payment option, they can place an order without an initial payment, with payment due only after the buyer confirms that the merchandise uploaded by the seller is ready for shipment. The payment tracking will indicate the first payment as zero, while subsequent payments will be marked as pending. The total number of pending payments will vary based on the payment method selected by the buyer at checkout. If the buyer selects merchandise from two sellers, one of whom does not offer a zero down payment option, the buyer will be unable to place an order without a down payment.
Payment options including RazorPay, PayPal, and WireTransfer will cease to divide payments into smaller amounts in order to facilitate a one-time payment, thereby reducing processing fees imposed by financial institutions.
The total weight of the merchandise chosen by the buyer will be automatically calculated based on the weight specified by the seller for each unit. Additionally, buyers will receive information regarding the number of containers required by the shipper to transport the selected merchandise. Furthermore, buyers will be informed of the weight of any extra merchandise that can be added, provided there is available space in the container, in order to optimize transportation costs.
Shippers are now permitted to specify the weight limit for the actual goods (excluding the weight of the packaging) that is accepted at each destination port.
Sellers are now able to amend any minor discrepancies in dimensions, if identified, following a comprehensive inspection of the goods for the buyer's evaluation, as part of the process of uploading the actual images of the merchandise. Upon the buyer's approval, any payment adjustments will be credited back to the buyer.
Upon the completion of image uploads, a package list and proforma invoice are automatically created in PDF format and dispatched to the seller for review. This document can then be shared with other essential stakeholders, including the buyer and the logistics provider. The seller can now input standard information required for the proforma invoice, such as the description of goods, through their user profile.
In the case of bulk orders containing multiple identical units, sellers have the option to utilize the same image and QR code for all products. Additionally, sellers can generate a QR code for the entire bundle as well as for each individual unit, facilitating effective traceability. These QR codes can be downloaded and emailed to sellers, allowing them to print and affix them to the merchandise before submission for the buyer's assessment.
A new feature has been implemented for buyers, sellers, and shippers to oversee the specifics of undelivered purchase orders, thereby improving tracking capabilities.
The tracking feature for purchase order details has been improved. Both buyers and sellers can now access an executive summary of all pending purchase orders, including comprehensive information about each bundle within a purchase order and the specifics of each unit contained in those bundles.
Users have the ability to automatically remove their account access through the user profile.

Sellers now have the option to customize their profile preferences to provide product samples, refunds, financing, and inspection services, in addition to shipping services. This enhancement aims to improve the overall purchasing experience for buyers. When browsing through catalogs, buyers will be able to view these preferences selected by the seller and easily contact and collaborate with them.
When sellers add new catalog bundles, push notifications will be sent to buyers based on their 'Get notification' preference in their customize profile. This is in addition to the emails that are already being sent.
By default, the exclusive trade preference is enabled for all users. This allows trading partners, including sellers, buyers, shippers, and financiers, to exclusively trade within their established network. Building loyal business relationships and promoting repeat trade is encouraged through this feature. Buyers will only be able to purchase products from sellers within their network and choose shippers and financiers who are part of their network. The same applies to sellers, shippers, and financiers. This preference cannot be edited in the customize profile anymore. The aim is to foster safe, trusted, reliable, and long-term trading relationships on the platform.
To provide shipping services, sellers can now have their own shipping agent, or a third-party shipping agent sign up as a shipper on the platform and ensure that the buyer is added to the seller's shipping agent's network. The shipper can then be added to the buyer's network, allowing buyers to choose the seller's shipping agent when selecting the 'include shipping' option in their shopping cart. It is important for the seller's shipping agent to ensure that shipping charges are added from the seller's location to the buyer's city. The shipping agent will have access to all the features available for a shipper persona.
To provide financing services, sellers now have the option to have their own financing agent, or a third party sign up as a financier on the platform and ensure that the buyer is added to the seller's financing agent's network. The financier can be added to the byer's network, allowing buyers to select the seller's financing agent when opting for the 'buy now pay later' feature at checkout. Depending on the buyer's location and preference, the financing agent may automatically receive documentation from the buyer as part of the finance request.
Profile preferences have been enhanced for a more user-friendly experience, with a bulb icon displayed next to each preference. Clicking on the icon will direct users to the relevant Helpdesk article for assistance.
Sellers can now easily share product and catalog bundle details through various channels like WhatsApp, Email, and shared drives. This enables the customer success team to add new products and catalog bundles. Sellers can view these updates in real-time on their homepage after logging in and confirm with the customer success team before publishing.
Users now have the ability to import contact emails from a text file, separated by a semi-colon (;), to quickly add contacts to their network. The existing method of manually entering or copy-pasting emails separated by a semi-colon will still be available.
Users can import contact emails from a text file, separated by a semi-colon (;), and an exclamation mark (!) at the end, to remove contacts from their network in bulk. The current option of manually entering or copy-pasting emails with the specified separators will remain unchanged.
Country preferences are now included in the customize profile for sellers and buyers who select 'International' or 'Both' as their trade preference. Sellers can choose the country they prefer to export to, while buyers can select their preferred country for imports. Sellers have the flexibility to create multiple accounts with distinct product offerings to target different buyer segments, while buyers can have multiple accounts to access and purchase country-specific products.
Sellers and buyers are now required to specify their trade, product, and country preferences in their customize profile. This means that both new and existing sellers and buyers will be prompted to select these mandatory preferences.
Furthermore, based on the preferences selected for trade, product, and country, buyers will be able to see the products of sellers who are part of their network.
A new feature has been added to the customize profile, which is the notification preference. Users can now choose their notification preference, and if they have it turned on, they will receive email or push notifications that are not sent by default. For instance, when sellers add a new catalog bundle, buyers who have the 'Get notification' preference enabled in their customize profile will receive notifications.
Sellers now have the option to offer onsite or remote inspection services through their customize profile. When this service is offered, buyers will see an icon next to the rating stars on the Buyer home page and Shopping container. This icon will be displayed in front of the favorite and verified icons, allowing buyers to submit a request or contact the seller for alternate options, such as involving a third party.

While adding the catalog bundle, seller can optionally provide the 'days the item is on hold', in single digit (1 to 9 days). This is convenient for the seller to specify the number of business days that the seller can hold the item for purchases. When seller chooses to add the 'days the item is on hold' (for example n days), the buyer sees the message 'item is available for the next (n-1) days'. After the hold days are over, the buyer sees the message 'contact seller for availability'. The seller sees the 'days the item is on hold: n (expired)'. And when the seller edits the item, the seller sees 'days the item is on hold (expired today or expired 1 day ago or expired n days ago)' message depending on what day the seller sees it after the hold days are over.

We will strive to continuously improve the MightyStone® digital platform to uniquely support our four fundamental trading personas namely Seller, Shipper, Buyer & Financier in 109 countries around the world to effectively trade online for FREE and grow.
Sellers can now sign up for FREE and begin the trading in MightyStone® digital platform in just a few minutes and defer the business verification to a later time. Simply add your product catalog bundle(s) with specifications, along with the maximum number of bundles for sale. Buyer chooses the quantity from the Seller's catalog bundle and adds it to the shopping cart. New product bundles get created from the catalog bundle. These product bundles will be used during the end-to-end delivery process of the Purchase Order. The maximum number of bundles for sale for Seller catalog bundle(s) changes automatically in real-time as Seller product bundles get purchased by Buyer(s). Seller will get instantly notified when Seller products are sold out and the maximum number of bundles for sale becomes zero. This notification assists Seller in updating the maximum number of bundles for sale from the mobile app instantly depending on the Seller inventory projections. When the maximum number of bundles for sale is zero, Seller catalog bundle(s) will not be shown to the Buyer(s). Seller can edit the maximum number of bundles for sale anytime to make Seller catalog available instantly for the Buyer(s) to browse and purchase.
Seller can choose the generic product name(s) while adding their product catalog bundle(s). If the generic product name(s) are not relevant, Seller can add their own product name(s) to choose from while adding their catalog bundle(s). While adding the new product, Seller will be notified if the product name already exists. This most likely mean that it's a generic product that was already added. Seller can select such generic product name(s) from the Customize Profile to see it as available while adding the catalog bundle(s). By choosing the generic product name while adding the catalog bundle(s), Seller can see the real-time pricing trends (minimum and maximum price range) of the similar products. This assists the Seller in choosing the right price.
Seller can choose to add a minimum number of units for the catalog bundle as 1 or more while adding a catalog bundle, and a maximum number of such bundles for sale as 1 or more. Seller can also add the supply capability of such bundles per month based on the Seller's inventory projections.
While adding the catalog bundle, by providing the weight for each unit of the catalog bundle, Seller can see the maximum number of such units that can fit in one-sixth portion of a 20-foot container. This assists Seller in choosing the right units per bundle for shipping purposes.
Depending on the product name chosen while adding the catalog bundle, Seller gets to see the product's associated built-in finish types to choose from. Seller can contact their MightyStone® Customer Success Executive to get additional finish types added to the built-in finish types. Depending on the finish type chosen, Seller gets to see the pricing metric such as per Square Feet, per Unit etc.
Sellers can now add 8 additional optional images in addition to the 2 required images for each catalog item to share the detailed description for the catalog item. An optional video can be added as well to promote your brand. The images and videos can be edited anytime you prefer.
Sellers and Shippers can now collaborate with their MightyStone® Customer Success Executive to instantly add their catalog items. Simply forward your catalog details through any of your preferred support channels of MightyStone® such as WhatsApp. Your Customer Success Executive will add your product catalog (for Sellers) and service catalog (for Shippers) instantly. Review the catalog in real-time by logging in to the mobile app and let your Customer Success Executive know to publish.
In addition to personalizing the network preference (establishing business connections to become favorite, doing business exclusively on certain catalog items with certain businesses), and trading preference (domestic, international, both), Sellers and Buyers can leverage the Customize Profile to choose their product preference to limit their views to those that are relevant. The product preference can be chosen by industry(s), product type(s) offered by the industry(s), and the generic product catalog(s) name offered within the industry(s). The Seller can instantly add the shipping charges to the seller's product in the cart so the buyer can review and checkout.
In addition to providing the trading framework for surfaces namely Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Limestone, Sandstone, Travertine, Soapstone, Slate, Quartz, Concrete, Ceramic, Porcelain, Recycled Glass, Recycled Aluminium, Zinc, the Platform extends the trading framework for other surfaces such as Hardwood, Carpet, Vinyl, Laminate, Rubber. Please also note that the Platform extends the trading framework for non-surface products such as Rough Block, Headstone & Monument, Sanitary Ware and Machinery supporting Cutting, Polishing, Flooring and Quarrying. Sellers will be able to continue with the price per Sq. Ft and Sq. Meter for the Surface Products and Rough Blocks, and price per Unit for the non-surface Products.
Buyer can choose and update the preferred products in customize profile to see and browse only those products.
Seller will be able to include the shipping charges per Sq. Ft price for surface Products and per Unit price for non-surface Products. Seller will be able to track the shipping and delivery and share the real-time shipping updates to the buyer, digitally through the Platform.
Seller will able to add the preferred number of minimum units to the bundle and update the units in addition to the price and shipping charges when the buyer contacts seller after adding seller's product to the cart. The price, units and shipping charge updates made by the seller will be reverted when the product is removed for any reason from the cart and the product will be made available to other buyers instantly.
Seller will be able to receive the recommended number of units per bundle while adding the product bundles. The recommendation is based on the weight limit of a standard 20-foot-long shipping container, accommodating six bundles in each container. For example, six bundles with the weight of each bundle at 7333lb, will be 43998lb (6 times 7333), the recommended weight for the 20-foot container load. If the seller provides the weight of the unit, the total units recommended for the bundle are based on 7333lb divided by the weight of the unit, recommendation will be skipped if the weight is not provided by the seller.
