Shipper > How do I benefit from the referral program?

Shippers can reduce their platform fees through the referral program. For every new business connection a shipper refers, such as another shipper, buyer, seller, or financier, the referring shipper receives a 0.25% discount on platform fees for 180 days after the referral completes their first transaction. This discount applies until the referring shipper's fees reach the lowest rate offered in the Emerald plan.
