Sign-up for FREE:

The MightyStone® digital platform supports four fundamental trading personas: Seller, Shipper, Buyer & Financier in 109 countries.
After installing the app, launch it and click on the Sign-up button.
Use your email ID as the login ID and a secure password.
Select your role, country, and sign up.
Confirm your email ID by clicking on the link sent by MightyStone®.
Return to the sign-up screen in the app and click the sign-up button.
Sellers and Shippers can choose to trade in their local currency or USD.
Buyers can conveniently trade in their local currency through real-time currency conversion.
Financiers receive the Buyer's financial report from a 3rd party and can split the purchase with the Buyer based on financing terms.

Accepted Answer

Go to Apple AppStore if your mobile device runs iOS. Go to Google PlayStore if your mobile device runs Android OS. The mobile app supports multiple iOs and Android OS versions. The mobile app supports both phones and tablets that run iOs and Android OS. Search for MightyStone. Install MightyStone mobile app. Hint: When a new version of the MightyStone mobile app is released, the older version mobile app may prompt you to upgrade during the sign in. Close the mobile app, repeat the steps above to quickly upgrade to the latest version and login using your login credentials.

Seller > How do I benefit from the referral program?

Accepted Answer

Sellers can reduce their platform fees through the referral program. For every new business connection a seller refers, such as another seller, buyer, shipper, or financier, the referring seller receives a 5% discount on platform fees for 180 days after the referral completes their first transaction. This discount applies until the referring seller's fees reach the lowest rate offered in the Emerald plan.

Seller > When do I choose the Price per Sq.Ft vs Price per Unit while adding the Bundles?

MightyStone® digital platform offers various types of products for trading. If the product falls under the surfaces category, for example, a granite slab, the seller will be able to provide the price per “Sq. Ft”. If the product falls under the non-surfaces category, for example, a Headstone & Monument, the seller will be able to provide the price per “Unit”.

Seller > How to update the price in a specific product bundle while negotiating with the buyer?

Accepted Answer

Sign in. Click on 'Selected Inventory' menu icon. Locate/Search the product bundle that you want to update the price for the buyer. Edit the product bundle to update the price and save. Hint: The price updated is updated exclusively for that specific product bundle of the buyer's transaction only. Please ensure your buyer refreshes the shopping container by clicking the shopping container icon to see the updated price.

Seller > How to select preferred products for a quick access to add?

Accepted Answer

Sign in. Click on 'Customize Profile' menu icon. The product preference can be chosen by industry(s), product type(s) offered by the industry(s), and the generic product catalog(s) name offered within the industry(s). If the generic product catalog(s) name is not relevant, Seller can add their own product(s) names to choose from while adding their product catalog(s). By choosing the generic product catalog(s) name, Seller can see the real-time pricing trends while adding or editing their product catalog items, to choose the right price. Select the preferred products from the available product list.
